Terms of Service

1. The service
otap.cc provides hosted digital business cards, media hosting and a message inbox. We may change features with reasonable notice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your card and for keeping your credentials secure. One person per seat; team plans may not be shared outside the named organisation.
3. Acceptable use
- No impersonation of another person or company.
- No unlawful, harassing or infringing content, including unlicensed images, voice or video.
- No bulk scraping of visitor data or use of the inbox for unsolicited mass messaging.
4. Content ownership
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, transcode and display it for the purpose of running your card.
5. Billing
Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrading keeps your card readable but may disable media.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or create a security risk, with notice where possible.
