2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, hashed password, company.
• Card content you publish: role, company, contact details, links, photos, voice and video recordings.
• Visitor data: page views, link taps, approximate region derived from IP, and messages sent through your card.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

3. Why we use it

To run your card, deliver messages, provide analytics you can see, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored on servers in the region selected for your workspace. Card content is kept while your account is active; deleted cards are removed from public access immediately and purged from backups within 30 days.

5. Your rights

Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA and similar), you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or object to processing. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie for sign-in and a first-party analytics cookie for aggregate page counts. No advertising cookies are set by us.

7. Changes

Material changes will be announced by email to account holders before they take effect.
