Do visitors need an app?+
No. Everything opens in the browser — the card, the voice note, the video and the message form.
Can I keep my printed NFC cards?+
Yes. Write otap.cc/yourname to the tag once. If you later change jobs or phone numbers, edit the card and the tag follows.
What happens to my voice recording?+
It is stored against your card and served from our media host. You can re-record or delete it at any time; deleting removes it from the public page immediately.
Is the video hosted by a third party?+
No external player branding. Clips are transcoded and served from our own storage.
Can several people share one company card?+
On Business, yes. Each teammate gets a personal handle under a shared template, and the admin console can revoke access centrally.
Do you support custom domains?+
On Pro and Business. Point a CNAME at us and the card is served from your own domain while keeping the same handle.
How do you handle spam in the inbox?+
Rate limits per IP, a honeypot field, and an optional one-time email verification before a message is delivered.
Where is the data stored?+
Application data is stored in the EU/US depending on the region you select at signup. Contact us for a data-processing agreement.
